Speaking Engagements
I speak out, and about, the truth of who we are, fully human and divine. It is time to bring back our spiritual knowing to the public square and to all our organizations and institutions to accurately reflect and support our fundamental human design and capacity to flourish. Our rational material world has unintentionally and tragically educated us out of our spiritual capacity to attune to and tap into the highest vibration and perception of life itself. We have woefully diminished our potential for meaning and deep, heartfelt connection to ourselves and to each other.
My career and life as a human rights lawyer, a program director for the International Division of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, a board member at various Arts and Educational Nonprofits, a strategic initiative consultant at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute, Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and most importantly, mother of three children, always had the through-line of exploring and discovering truth, beauty, love, and wisdom held by my spiritual core.
We all have the capacity to be in constant awareness of the many forms of knowing that inform each one of us. Similar to all human capacities, our spiritual one requires focus, practice, and intention to strengthen and nurture it. Our spirituality is indeed at the core of all our other human capacities. It is our guiding light, our true north, our point of origin and emanation. When we neglect it, as our modern society does, we wither and weaken at our very core and our capacity for thriving gets untethered. The diseases of despair — depression, addiction, suicide — rise in its stead.
Let’s begin the conversation and return to the power of self-awareness and transformation NOW!

Courageous Spirituality in Action
We are declaring our whole truth and nothing but the truth: that we are fully human and fully divine. We are living at a time of great potential for transformation and recovery as we awaken to our collective consciousness and our unique contributions. Our spirituality is buoyed by shared communion and awareness. There is a tremendous convergence at all levels, from the shared experience of a global pandemic, the decades of science of spirituality coming into the fore, and a breaking down of many institutional paradigms, to attune to a reality that transcends the limited world view of rational materialism. We are at a pivotal moment to explore, discover, and embrace how ancient and new ways of knowing ourselves and our transcendent connection are a potential for renewing and strengthening healthy and integrated social and institutional cultures and environments in ways that honor our spiritual core and commonality.
Responding to a Call for Help: Return to Your Spiritual Core
Connect to your sacred knowing for a fulfilled and well-lived life. The increase in the incidence of depression, stress, addiction, and suicides corresponds directly to the diminishment of spirituality in our daily lives and communal rituals. Developing and nurturing our direct relationship to the Divine is our personal choice and equally our innate birthright. When we are aligned with it, we are in our full power of creating who we are meant to be and what and how we want to do. This focused awareness gives us the agency to explore, discover and express our free will with deeply felt resonance.
The time is NOW to remember and connect with the longing for self-awareness, knowledge, and right action.
The Sacred in Our Relationships
A robust spiritual practice awakens you to the spirit in all those around you and to the great love that embraces us all. When you are fully in tune with yourself, your feelings, thoughts, and inspiration, you discover a love that extends to self and all others. Your awakening to your spiritual core and guidance is your greatest source of sharing, caring, and thriving in relationships. When you nurture a spiritual practice, you access your innate capacity to perceive the unitive connection to all humans and all life.
